I need to create an excel workbook that allows me to keep track of tasks for my clients as well as daily and monthly productivity. There should be 5 worksheets in the work book titled Summary, Phone Calls, Personal, Business, Investment.
Phone Calls sheet- Needs only two columns: Date, # of Calls Completed - This page should take the data and put it into a monthly calendar to show days with 10 calls or less as red, 11-17 as yellow, and 18+ as green - also needs to show total calls completed for the month.
Personal, Business, Investment sheets - First row should be frozen and should have headings reading: First name, Client#, Start Date, Notes, DN, ST, Date completed.
Personal sheet - will have one extra heading after ST, Ref, then Date completed. It will also need to add up total REF for the month
Summary sheet - should compile completion data from all sheets to two tables or graphs.
- 1st graphic will be a monthly calendar (will not include call data ) that will show 1-2 tasks completed in red, 3-4 in yellow, and 5+ in green.
- 2nd graphic will show a comparison of each task type completed for that day (calls, personal, business, investment ) and will show what percentage of the day each accounted for.
Bonus - I need a way to compare start date v completion date for tasks between all three task groups. most of my clients tasks I can complete same day, however there are clients that have more complex needs and it may take multiple meetings to get everything completed. I am trying to determine three things with this data, A) how many complex clients I deal with in a month (anyone who's start date is after their completing date) , B) where I have more complex clients: personal, business, or investments and C) how my complex clients impact total tasks completed for a day ( calls would be included in this factor) . IF you can figure out a way to display this data in a simple and easy to understand way, you will get bonus points AND more importantly BONUS PAY!
