column C is the interest rate charged, D is the capital owed or current balance and column E is the interest charged and column F is the capital payments.
Of course in a repayment (interest and capital) mortgage the monthly premium is made up of the interest and a portion of the capital. The capital amount starts of small and towards the end of the mortgage it is a greater part of the payments and is caluclated according to an accounting formula.

This mortgage started off in dec 1988 for a term of 25 years, and started off as an interest only. In january 1995 the mortgage was changed to a capital and interest formula, therefore from that point there were capital payments calculated to make sure the balance was paid off not just the interest.
Therefore as we have said we only want column F formulised to automatically calculate the capital repayments
