Organizing my Vimeo Library into An Asana Team -- 2

I have a how to video already recorded showing the freelancer how to take the steps required to organize our Vimeo Account and pull all the details into Asana. Someone familiar with this software will be a huge help! The project is fairly mid to large scale, there are roughly 700 videos to be noted and properly filed in such a way that it can be utilized for training future team members and found when needed. Create an Excel only to report videos already worked on and organized as this may be a project that will not be completed in a matter of one day, and more something that will take a few weeks to properly organized.
