Covid 19 microarray data analysis

I will give the covid 19 microarray dataset(10 rows 3000 column). I expect you to follow these statistical analyses on this dataset.
1. Apply normalization
2. Draw boxplots before and after normalization.
3. Find statistically differential expression genes using t-test.
4. Show 100 top genes based on adjusted-p values.
5. Draw heatmap and hierarchical clustering for extracted 100 top genes.
6. Do any other meaningful statistical analysis.
I expect you to use the markdown of R and upload your runnable codes. At the last session, you have to present your work. Try to analyze the results good luck!
