1. Create a jailed sftp user on digitalocean (user will upload the file everyday at midnight) e.g. [login to view URL]

2. As the csv file has a fixed format (schema), make a database based on that (MySQL based having phpmyadmin installed)

3. A script via cronjob making a database updated at 3am every night based on the daily file data

4. Credentials of that database so i can connect to external clients
