We use an Access Database for a Customer Relationship Management system. Since my coworkers are in separate offices, we use Dropbox to synchronize our files. One flaw with Dropbox is that if more than one person enter an Access Database, it creates conflicted versions rather than allowing both people to make the edits. One solution that I have is to split the database where one database copies the tables from a separate master and then periodically updates the master database. This would allow Dropbox to periodically sync without creating conflicted versions. My firm also has SharePoint, so there might be other options. I'm looking for someone to devise and implement a solution that allows multiple users. There are also other improvements/issues that I'd like to have addressed as well.

Hi! This is not a good idea, to share Access database that way. Have you thought about implementing a free version of SQL Server which will server as backend database? Regards, Branislav Mihaljev
Hello Sir, I am an expert in MSACCESS and would like to discuss this project with you. May I please request you to open chat and discuss my approach. Thanks Aanvik
There are a few ways to enable multi-user access to your database. To identify the best solution I would have to discuss your current infrastructure.
