Creating SQL stored procedures

Job Description:
We are a services company and need SQL stored procedures written that will help us automate certain business practices. Some of the procedures we need, on a high level, are;
1). Logic to create a new work order based on a previously completed work order. For example, if a technician completed work at a customers home, we may want to create a follow up “audit” work order so his manager can inspect what was done.
2). Have a procedure that inserts records into a table based on the status’s of a previously completed work order.
3). Procedure to create new work orders by waiting xx number of days and using complex sorting criteria.
4). Procedure that updates records nightly based on certain criteria that will be provided.
All logic will be provided to the winning Freelancer. Only a few procedures require complex logic, the rest are fairly straightforward.
