I am seeking an experienced programmer to assist me in creating a robo-call and text program for sending out reminder messages. The goal of this project is to set up the program to send out pre-written messages to a list of recipients at specific times or intervals. The content for these messages will be provided by me, so I only require assistance with setting up the program.
The program must be capable of storing recipient information and messages sent in a database using database management systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. The freelancer should also understand and comply with relevant regulations, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the US, which governs the use of automated telephone calls and text messages.
Effective project management skills are essential to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Therefore, the freelancer should have experience in project planning, scheduling, task tracking, and team communication.
My budget is flexible, and I'm open to suggestions and feedback from the freelancer. The project timeline is negotiable, but I would like to complete the project as soon as possible.
