Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution

I have developed a product that keeps hot tubs cleaner, minimizing or eliminating the dreaded scum that comes from bathers body oils and exfoliated skin. My goal is to make it the dominant product in the market.
The minimum viable product was sold to 1) users through amazon using google ads; 2) bricks & mortar retailers; 3) industry distributors. There was global interest but efforts were focused on North American sales.
Pricing was the biggest roadblock that came out of the MVP experience. The next generation product is undergoing testing and will be available to launch in the next few months. Pricing will no longer be an obstacle to acceptance.
Along with testing I am creating some cool video content that will put the product head to head against competitors products and clearly show superiority.
What do I want? Some one to create a go to market digital strategy that turbocharges the direct sales channel and figures out how to get the attention of B&M retailers (there are over 1,000 across NA).
Website, ecommerce, SEO, PPC..... is all part of it..... this launch is a blank slate. The MVP website has been closed and the product taken off amazon (reviews and feedback still available).
The competitive products are: Scumbug, Scumball, Zorbie, Zorbo, Scum Star, Spa Disc. They are foam based products that are thrown away after a few weeks or months of use (some of these products may claim they can be washed and reused by consumer reviews don't agree with this statement). My product is fabric based and can be washed and used over and over again. So my product wins on cleanliness and enviro friendliness.
Please let me know how you would tackle this project and what success you have had in the past to give me confidence that you are the right person to take this on.
