I need a virtual assistant

I'm looking for a virtual assistant who can work on everything from writing personal email to friends and family to doing simple market research to organizing calendar tasks and to do lists.
I am ADHD and therefore I should requirement that you be someone who is understanding of my condition and my communication or lack thereof.
I am looking for someone to work with over a long period of time and so will have to be very precise with my qualification and choices.

Fluent English is a must. and more important is the understanding of an ADHD person's characteristics and tendencies. not to be offended or annoyed by inconsistency of communication and things of that sort.
I usually have too many ideas and things that I would like to take action on but repeatedly fail due to an ability of staying persistent with a certain task and/or running 10 things simultaneously instead of focusing on one thing. so that would be the work expected from you. Not to be my therapist but to schedule things and make the bookings and reminders when I forget to.
I run an e-commerce business and starting another online service business so someone with the experience of digital marketing and online presence would be much more preferable.
Example of things that will be assigned to you on a typical day:
Compose and reply to emails to family and friends (it would be a draft of course and you would have to grammarly correct as necessary or perhaps transcribe a voice note)
Coordinates with business suppliers for inventory and make or approve transactions
reply to business and customer emails and the same fashion where you grammarly correct a draft and send it post approval
Schedule or reschedule bookings for things like housekeeping pet sitting online grocery deliveries etc
because of my age and my Hi-Tech approach to life I Will most likely only accept applications of people who are 30 years old or younger
