Firewall with a notification system

A firewall that is going to be made and placed into a connection, where if someone joined into that connection, the system will send me a notification (mobile app / through the pc), to me asking if the user would be accepted, denied, or block into the connection. The project could be done on stimulation and doesn't have to be on a real wifi.
