Web App for Genomics Data Analysis

I need a web app to interface with analysis pipelines for genomic data. These pipelines are computationally intensive and run on the cloud. Pipeline execution is managed through workflow managers (WMs) (Nextflow/Cromwell/SnakeMake). I need a web app that interfaces with WMs through WMs APIs, these APIs embed cloud layer, so the web needs not to deal with computational infrastructure. The web app should allow:
- User registration/login/monitoring.
- Data upload. Let the user upload genomic data. This data usually comes in large files and on a per-sample basis (data obtaine from a sample is stored in file or pair of files)
- Data upload. Let the user upload/edit metadata that is linked to each sample (and, thus to each file or file pair).
- Project Definition. A project is a collection of samples and the data analysis derived from them. Add samples from project, remove samples from project.
- Job Definition. A job is the execution of an analysis through WMs on a set of samples (those within a project)
- Analysis Configuration. Let the user definet the parameters for analysis that will be sent to WMs for execution.
- Trigger WMs through API.
- Collect results from WMs execution
- SQL based both for user management, data analysis status and results management.
