Our company emails are landing on the spam folders in many of our clients.
What we did and didn't help:
We checked if our domain name was blacklisted or spam-listed. But that was not the case. However, we heard that many people using the same provider (HostEurope) we use have same problems.
What we think how the problem could be solved:
We suspect that it had something to do because we have not setup SPF/DKIM. So we put an SPF entry into the TXT Records after reading blogs. That actually helped with some clients. But the problem persists. HostEurope does not allow us to enter a DKIM key.
We think if somebody can help us to setup the right DKIM records/services — that would solve the problem. But we don't know anything about DKIM/SPF.
Are there any DKIM services we can use? How does SPF work?
What other solutions can you offer?
We need somebody who can setup our email configuration, understands DKIM/SPF, and DNS RECORDS, and is an email server expert.
