Hello I am python and django developer myself I have built some CRM mostly supports Mobile phone and computer repair companies can use.
already built features
1 customer information
2 Devices repaired or sold keep data of those records
3 phones or laptop sold keep record of those devices for warranty purposes
4 Inventory control system
5 Technicians who repair the device can request new part through job ref page and they can update status of specific repair is it completed or waiting for part or any other status
6 Fingerprints on Devices repair pages when anyone in company visit those pages it generates finger like date and time who visited
7 End of days report for daily dales report for previous sales
8 Any sale made by staff needs to go through system for end of days purpose.
9 Visual dashboards forever all comonay performance
now I need to improve all these features
like make Visual dashboards more interactive
Inventory system need to be improved ad there are monir issues needs to be fixed
All expences Rents ,staff salaries and Inventory cost needs to be counted and deducted in End of day report for so we can see net profit everyday.
All Inventory generates some ID number I want to generate QR code for all parts numbers
and same for any devices booked in for repair all of them have ID number but I need to generate QR code.
staff login with QR code
Sales can be made with QR code etc
Also need to build some referrel program so when someone make any referrel so person can get [login to view URL]
Also need to add feature that any staff make any sales thry should get some percentage out of that sale.
Need to make Customer logins so they can check status of their repair online themselves.
When technician updat any job customer should get notification like email or text message regarding there repair status.
