Create a Chrome extension or .NET program, etc. which will scan an iframe on a very specific webpage for certain keywords in real-time (every 5-10 seconds). When a keyword is found in any line, push the entire line to a new tab in Chrome and send an email to a predetermined email address.

** NOTE that while I am asking for Chrome extension as a solution to my problem, you can suggest another technology stack like .NET, or php, etc. Please discuss with me before you start programming.

Details:

I need this chrome extension for my personal use only. You agree to not make any other use of this except what is explained here and my purpose only.

I need:

- the source code,

- compiled code

- method to compile the code myself in case I need to change/ compile it myself - If it is easier we can do a zoom meeting at the end of the project and you can help me compile it on my computer.

- install instructions.

- how to use extension ; how to turn on/off

- Method to enter in my keywords to do the search; case insensitive;

- Method to enter in my email address where I want the alerts emailed to.

Note that this webpage has multiple iframes. One of the iframes on the main dashboard is named "Main Chat". This is the frame I want you to scan.

I plan to login every day to this website and your extension should continuously scan this page every 5-10 seconds once I am logged in to this page.

I do not need this scanner to work offline, i.e. when I am not logged in to the secure web page, scanner doesn't need to work then.

Note that my username/ password for this website can change, so I do not want you to program my credentials into your extension.

ALERT:

Once your chrome extension scanner finds my keyword(s) in the most recent lines from your last scan. i.e. no need to scan past your last scan. Let's say you find 3 lines that match my keywords since your last scan, then do following two alerts (do both):

ALERT #1. Push the entire line containing any matching keywords to new tab in Chrome; any time one or more line are send to this new tab; play an audio alert : Wav file: [login to view URL]

Please test to ensure duplicate lines are not posted; and that no lines are missed between your scans. Scans need to run every 5-10 seconds. The audio alert is critical every time new lines are pushed to this tab.

Example lines for keywords: bobby, tsla:

[4:35pm] bobby not holding overnight

[4:35pm] BigD I am taking TSLA home

[4:35pm] BigD @bobby what are you doing?

ALERT #2. Send an email alert for every scan which finds line matching my keywords. Provide me with a method to configure an email address.

Subject line: First line that contains a keyword.

Body:

2nd line that matches any keyword

3rd line that matches any keyword

Etc. etc.

Other lines that match any keyword.

Example:

for keywords: bobby, tsla:

Send email:

Subject: [4:35pm] bobby not holding overnight

Body:

[4:35pm] BigD I am taking TSLA home

[4:35pm] BigD @bobby what are you doing?

NOTE - If only 1 line matches any keyword, then send an email with a subject line only, the body of the email will be blank. <<<

If you need an SMTP / email address to send from, then please let me know how I can configure my own Gmail address to send email from. Please do not use external SMTP senders that I can't control if they shut down that sender's email box.

** NOTES – Once you accept this project, I will provide you with my username, password to login to this web page, so you can test your program. I will change my username and password later, so do not program in the credentials.
