DotNet web app revisions

Job Description:
I have a DotNet application at [login to view URL] which needs some revisions. About a dozen pages include hard-coded links to external sites but those sites have changed their URL specs so the links need to be updated.
I've put the links in a table and I'd like the code to look up the correct link using an index value instead being hard-coded so that it is easier to update if/when the external sites change their URLs again in the future.
Once this simple project is done, there may be more work to do on the app if you are willing. Details to be provided after this project. An earlier PC version of the app is written in Foxpro/DBF so experience in dBase-like code might be nice for that future work but is not required.
