Multi-tenancy Filter (ASP.Net Core 2.2)

I need you to develop a mechanism to enable an Asp.Net Core 2.2 application for multi-tenancy.

The requests should contain a header with the ID of the tenant (type Guid).

Dependency injection should be configured for an interface and class to retrieve the Http Header from the request, in order to get the tenant Id.

The sample application should contain 2 layers: one Asp.Net Core 2.2 WebApi and one DotNet Core 2.2 Class Library which is supposed to be the data layer.

The DbContext holding a dummy entity, which needs to have the tenant Id, should be placed in the data layer.

I want the mechanism to inject the interface of the tenant retrieval class inside the DbContext class, which in turn should configure a query filter for the tenant Id.

This solution should be able to create records with the tenant Id from the HttpHeader, as well as list all and get one record, but only for the tenant who matches the tenant Id from the Http header.

Deliverables: the source code of this solution.
