PlayWright Installation of Chromium Browser Error

Job Description:

After creating the project, adding dependencies, and building the project, there is an error when downloading the chromium browser. This command results in the error: "pwsh bin\Debug\netX\[login to view URL] install". The only other step to run the program is the run command: "dotnet run". I am trying to implement playwright in vs code using the .NET framework to get [login to view URL] (which is already written) to run.
