Create superhero children/dad

Job Description:
I have 3 kids and I'd like to create superhero personas that capture their unique personalities. I'd also like to create one for me, their father.
My son the oldest and is very fast. He also likes charmander. So I'm thinking like some sort of supet speed flame dash, so a red/orange. Trail of flames with molten rock hands like a charged meteor punch.
My two girls are fraternal twins, very opposite personalities.
One is super clever and chaotic...element electricity, so yellow/white or black. Very mischevious, shifty.
The other is more of a nurturer/guardian but is highly analytical like a scientist, think like blue with a little green.
Dad is big, slower but stronger...maybe a cyborg or robotic overlord type?
I do NOT want a generic repurposed superhero motif like superman with new initial etc. I hope this was descriptive enough. I'd like high res files for reuse on various mediums, and also ability to resch back for updated poses/scenarios.
