Drupal Version Upgrade & add new features

We are looking for a developer to upgrade our website with experience in Drupal, PHP and other related languages and scripts.
We want to introduce two new features (PDF download option of selected Products and image archive) and rebrand the landing page. We will provide backend access, server access, and design assets (by adobe XD) and share the idea for the mobile version.
Some other requirements related to website maintenance are malware protection, spam email protection, reCAPTCHA v3 install, Drupal version update, Wishlist email data archive, improved product zoom, embedding website pages using I Frame, Certification slide issue, adding a new office in location page, Passion slide issue in Our promise page, Remove some background design elements from the newsfeed page, Division & Category page problem.
Currently backed is in React and frontend is in Drupal.
