• 4-6 years of relevant technical experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or related CRM versions.
• Experience as an MS Dynamics CRM Technical consultant in a client-facing role Project handling and Designing of Work Plan and Architecture is Desirable.
• Experience in developing and configuring MS Dynamics CRM / D365
• Hands on Experience in CRM Upgradations, Data Migrations, Integrations.
• A collaborative team player.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Should have strong communication and experience with handling customers globally.
• Ability to apply advanced analysis skills in the principles of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution to provide detailed, reliable solutions and estimates for service implementation. Up-to-date and in-depth experience with implementation of large CRM solutions, such as Microsoft's Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience of working to agile/scrum practices
• Successfully completed studies in business administration, (economic) engineering, (economic) informatics or a comparable course of study or comparable professional experience.
• Good to have Certification: -
Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
