We live in a detached bungalow in High Wycombe and plan to build a rear extension.
The size planned is the full width of the bungalow and 4m in to the garden.
The council require an ecologist and trees checklist to accept the planning application.
No trees or wildlife would be affected by the planned build but the council require this checklist to be completed to progress the application.
