Edit my cookbook for charity

I have created a cookbook where I will be giving all funds raised from the book to Pieta a charity in Ireland the supports people with mental health problems.
I need someone to review the book for consistently and any errors. Currently, the book sits at approx 95 pages and 17800 words. (without images)
Ideally, I would like to publish the book in February so any help you can offer in making that happen would be great.
Several people have co-written the book, so there may be more than one writing style, in the book. This is largely intended, as each author will have the name listed beside each recipe.
I am waiting on a foreword from the charity to add to the book, but we can proceed, for now, without this piece.
