High voltage/high frequency generator, two metal spheres, insulating rod, and pole -- 2

The aim is to test the runaway "exponential" solution of the Abraham-Lorentz formula. To achieve this, a modified metal sphere will receive an oscillating electric charge in order to create movement from the emitted radiation.

The exact details on what needs to be done to the sphere to make it move will be provided later.

For now, what is needed are two spheres attached to the ends of a rod. The rod is attached perpendicularly to the pole. The rod would be made of an electrically insulating material and able to withstand high voltages (but very low amperage), and hollow to allow wires to tansfer an oscillating charge to the spheres. The rod is allowed free movement to rotate around the pole. The pole must carry the high voltage and variable frequency of the oscillating charge to the spheres.

A proposal is being written for a university. I will require a costing to build the equipment described above. If the proposal is successful, the engineer would be awarded the work and payment provided accordingly.

Suggested maximum voltage of generator: 100,000 volts.
