Hello,
You will work with my team to quickly build the initial set of electrical schematics in either AutoCAD or ePlan 8. The design is Siemens and contain an S7-1518 PLC and a large amount of IO blocks (~150). All of the valves and sensors will connect to the IO blocks via M12 cables (pigtails or connectorized on both ends). The spreadsheet we provide will detail all of this out.
The there are two main panels that need to be designed:
Panel 1: Main Power Panel (MPP)
This panel will have the 480VAC power source and will break into a 24VDC battery backup system similar this: [login to view URL]
Panel 2: The Main Control Panel (MCP)
The main control panel will house the S7-1518 PLC, network switch, profinet to BACnet MSTP gateway, and associated power distribution components. The gateway is connected to 4 chillers and 3 boilers. There are also 4 profinet VFDs connected to the system.
We need this initial design turned around very fast. The design is really simple. There are 10 rooms of remote IO. 6 rooms are identical, so once the first one is approved, the rest can just be replicated. The next two rooms are smaller versions of the first room. The last two rooms are 2 IO blocks each.
What were are looking for in terms of availability and delivery:
1. 30+ hours a week availability as soon as this contract is agreed on. We are on a very tight timeline right now.
2. We expect you to be able to export a BOM that includes all the parts in the drawings and specially the cables (names, part numbers, etc.)
3. We are looking for a longer term relationship with this person(s) to grow with.
4. Must be VERY proficient in either AutoCAD or ePlan 8.
5. Electrical designs and CAD files will always be submitted to a shared google drive folder.
6. Be a responsive and english speaking person. We will communicate through tools like slack or whatsapp.
