3 com switch giving hastle

Hi I have 3 com 5500g ei pwr which when we where programming it last night the power tripped know I can still get into the swithc but after an hour it stop working and the light just stay on then I have to shut it down wait a little while and then it works I think it got something to do with the software needing to be re flashed can anyone help me and I mean really fast I am on skype jbaillie2 and will give you remote access to my system via goto meeting to re flash the switch or get it to work stable please this is urgent call me as soon as you get this
