Arduino CC1101 USB Gateway

An Arduino Uno shield for CC1101SE integration with existing module and a 4 x 16 character LCD module along with software migration to suit. Much of the code required is currently in production with a DSPic processor and a XC16 compiler, the drivers will need to be migrated to the Arduino Uno sketch. A simple shield PCB along with components needs to be designed. The LCD should connect to the shield with the same ribbon cable currently used to connect the LCD to SATR3 devices. Note the LCD currently used in our system will be used in this project.
Please read the attached documentation very carefully before bidding. Do not bid until you fully understand the specification. I will not negotiate bid pricing after awarding the project. There will be no scope changes. Please ask plenty of questions before being awarded the project.
For an expert with Arduino code and PCB design this will be a very easy project as all the difficult code is already written in XC16 which is easily migrated to Arduino.
