Custom OBD2 (CAN-BUS, GPS, GSM/GPRS) Device

Hello,

We need a custom-made OBD2 (CAN-BUS, GPS, GSM/GPRS, SMS) porotype device with which we can able to:

Get CAN-BUS information (i.e Fuel, Speed, RPM, Temperature, Engine Load, Doors Status, Lock/Unlock Doors, Lock/Unlock Engine, etc).

Send back GPRS Commands (i.e lock the doors, to not to allow to start the engine, etc).

Monitoring Exact location of the vehicle (via GPS), device should send location coordinates.

After every-X interval device will send latest statues (including different sensors' information) to the Web-Server.

Device should have 10 Digital Inputs and 10 Digital Outputs (controlling Negative 12vDC).

All above information device should send via GSM sim (4G CAT M).
