For a project we need a low-cost circuit for digitizing accelerations using MEMS. The circuit could be a single MEMS IC or an array that get accumulated in analogue or maybe digital domain. Specifications of the circuit should be:
* Frequency range: 1 to 100Hz
* Sample-rate: 1000SPS minimum
* Sensitivity: 10mm/s^2 minimum
Once we are able to detect accelerations of 10mm/s^2 or less we will look into the temperature and frequency response calibrations.
The job is to do research to possible solutions and usable MEMS ICs. Please make a comparison between possible solutions.
For your reference we are currently using an array of 4x LIS3DSH which does not yield the required sensitivity especially when considering a flat-response.
The target price is roughly 15 euro @ 1000 qty.
