Embedded software developer need for TMS320F280049C microcontroller code firmware purpose

I need experienced embedded software programmer need who can write hybrid solar inverter with ongrid and offgrid application with battery storage system along with LCD display and communication protocols. The inverter is designed with TMS320F280049C microcontroller for MPPT, Inverter, grid operation, battery charger operation purpose. And NXP microcontroller is used for static bypass operation purpose. The programmer needs to develop both codes, test it and send the original source file to us. Payment in 3 parts. 1st part after sending draft final code for testing, 2nd part payment after successful testing, 3rd part after completing final prototype product ready. Only experienced person in this filed needs to apply. Any fake freelancers of bigness coders are requested not to apply for this project.
