Replace Elementor with default gutenberg

Job Description:
My project needs someone to replace Elementor with the default WordPress gutenberg. Currently, I am using Elementor as my page builder.
Please drop a one liner on how will you approche to do above task? while not disturbing current SEO of my site. I.E which plugins will you use? how much time you need?
let me share my requirements with you:
1: convert from elementor to wordpress default.
2: test websites and make sure it is converted and has nothing with elementor or any other builder anymore
3: build a new design without any page builder.
4: check all pages manually one by one and fix them according to new design. (around 330 posts/ 50 pages).
5: Contact forms should remain in thier respective pages/places.
Note: No import of database on new wordpress installation and then make changes. instead i will provide full backup of files and database. setup this on your local host and then start your job.
This is important for SEO, Plugins, Custom scripts on different pages etc.
