Mission For inbox manager:
- Progressing responses to cold emails into booked call meetings by
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Handling email objections via emails
- Marking and escalating responses and that require a more specialised response -> eg, Loom video, so they can be answered by a co-founder
- Follow up on prospects in a timely manner
- Screening out prospects who are NOT qualified
- Ensuring CRM is updated correctly.
Outcomes / KPIs:
- You respond to replies to cold email campaigns and convert them into scheduled meetings for the closer by:
- Responding to responses in a timely manner
- Inside close CRM, you will achieve inbox zero every single day. This means that all replies to cold email campaigns are responded to within 24 hours.
- Handling objections via email
- We have template responses to “objections” that we receive, which you can reword and communicate in order to progress prospects to a call with a closer
- However in times when a prospect brings up an objection that hasn’t been covered, you are eager to get creative to find a way to progress people into a call.
- Escalating responses that require a specialised response to a closer
- For email campaigns requesting a loom video, you will mark the lead status as Record Loom video and archive the response.
- Once a loom video has been responded and sent to prospect - the status will be changed to “Loom done - Follow Up”. You will continue to follow up on the leads with this tag as per usual.
- All responses from prospects are handled and replied to within 24 hours.
- Good understanding of english language
- You have at least 10 hours per week to dedicate to this role
- Response handling
- You have 24/7 access to a computer with good internet speed.
- You innovate on your own by testing new ways of doing things.
- You are familiar with B2B outbound prospecting.
- You are a fast learner and can easily adjust to change..
