CRM Specialist + Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist wanted!

Growing company seeking one candidate or one company that has excellent experience with a wide variety of CRM techniques and methods. We also are seeking a candidate that has great experience with various forms of conversion rate optimization software and services that could help turn more of our web traffice into leads, and leads into customers.

For the CRM, what we currently need immediately is for the candidate to help create various templates to send out to our subscribers featuring promotions, offers, blog tips, refer a friend specials, , drip campaigns, newsletters, etc. basically staying very engaged with our subscribers each week with a few emails going out to them. There are other strategies and methods we have in place ready to use but we are open to new fresh ideas on any type of CRM methods that candidate has used before with success helping other companies. We do have some templates with text content that you can use as a guide but it would be helpful if the candidate has the knowledge to write eye catching subject lines for email marketing and text in emails that will get the phone ringing on a consistent basis.

For the conversion rate optimization part, we operate on a simple wordpress site where a variety of plug-ins or other software can be integrated very easily for this and also could be linked to our crm software for seamless transition.

This is not a short-term project, we are seeking a long-term partnership with a candidate that knows all the latest trends and best methods to help us with CRM and CRO. Must be fluent in English language and can communicate regularly via email.
