We currently have a game that was built in an excel spreadsheet. It is a very simple game. We need someone to put it into a better program and re-design it so it is more visually appealing. We do not have a preference as to what program is used to play the game but it must be able to be played on the computer, and it must be able to be played OFFLINE.

This project must be completed (from start to finish) in 2 weeks (14 days).
