Please only respond if you are an engineer with experience in designing large steel structures.
Requirements: Steel frame required measuring 40' L x 8'6" H x 8' W. Frame to hold two boxes measuring 20' x 7'10" H x 7'3" W. Shipping platform frame needed must weight no more than 1,500 pounds. It must allow lifting of the the two 20' boxes as one 40' containment unit at international ports, and must be able to be lifted using port loading equipment. The design must be able to be either disassembled or better yet folded down to allow KD return shipment. Candidates with experience and a positive past reviews on Freelancer, will be provided additional information upon signing NDA or similar protection through Freelancer. The four corners must be able to hold 46 tons of overhead weight each if required. We are open to material choices that can provide the strength required, while coming in at our below 1500 pounds for the entire shipping platform.
