Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design Review Engineering || MEP Engineering Review Services Required || Residential and Commercial project -- 2

Job Description:

Project Consists of Residential building + office building.

Total Construction Area ~ 40000 sq.m

Review of MEP Shall Include the Following :

A. Overall Approach of MEP Design for the project needs to be briefed to the client on the basis of drawings

B. Comments in regards to MEP Design needs to highlighted :

Any outdated items / design philosophy / ideation which can be updated as of today's context

Any missing items shall be highlighted such as connections, typical details, junction details etc.

Quick sketch / ideation to be provided for missing items

Check if any Clash Detection of MEP Services with Architectural, Structural

C. All pertaining MEP Items to be Checked as follows :

Electrical inclusive of Fire Alarm, Light Protection, Lightning, Low Current, Power, Telecom

Mechanical inclusive of Drainage, Water, HVAC, Fire

D. Any Suggestions, Value Additions, Scope for improvisation of MEP to be recommended for the Project

E. Any design which is neglected during observation shall be clearly highlighted

F. Preliminary calculations to be produced to showcase that the design drawings are valid wheresoever needed. MEP Calculations to be provided in editable excel file.

Final Deliverables shall be in :

1. Detailed Review Report in Editable Word and PDF Format. Report shall comprise of all detailed observations and recommendations which are as mentioned above.

2. Calculations in Excel Format

Detailed Drawings in CAD and PDF shall be provided once the project is awarded.
