We are looking for an technical support executive who will be responsible to provide assistance to our customers over the phone and chat with them. We are dealing with Microsoft products so we need you to have knowledge on following,
*Should know install/uninstall process of products and licensing.
*Should be able to multitask when needed.
*Should be fluent in English in both writing and over the phone.
*Should be fluent in either of the languages (French, Japanese or German)
*Stable internet connection like broadband.
*A good headset to respond on calls.
*Have to be available to Work all throughout the week and abide by the roster.
*Should be flexible on shift timings.
*We need a brief about you in two minutes, record it and send it to us.
The pay will be little low but this will be a long term work. We also have bonuses for good performers and will be revealed once chosen. If you read till here, tell me where I capitalized a word which was not needed.
