A Customer Support role via Email is now available at an online English school.
This is an on-demand position that is triggered by incoming emails and not necessarily fixed hours.
The job includes:
- Supporting students
- Supporting teachers
- Handling Teacher/Student Emergencies
- Onboarding new teachers and students
- Monitoring student satisfaction
- Native level English - Native level grammar, spelling and sentence structure.
- Can reply to messages and emails very quickly even in the evenings and during the weekends.
- Highly organized
- Available to answer emails during US daytime (10am EST or earlier until 9pm EST or later)
