Programmer for custom Quote document with Word Userform

We have a template for a contract document that needs automation. We have set up a Userform in Microsoft Word, but have been unsuccessful in making it work. The userform would need to remove line items from the document if they are not selected. The framework is set up already, but needs the back end programming to make it work.
We are also open to new ideas on how to automate this contract document to make it easier to input the required data, and output a usable Word Document that can be edited further, if required.
