Help update a form on excel

Job Description:
I have a work order template I am trying to make useable for my company.
I need to turn this template into a fillable form. It needs to have a button that will save all filled information into a list format on another sheet, and a drop down to select previous filled forms.
The work order # on the top right needs to automatically count itself every time a new sheet is made.
