Aggregating public data in excel

Hello -
I would like someone to help me aggregate airport funding data into Excel for a variety of airports. There data is all available in this link: [login to view URL]
However, we need to capture the data for multiple airports (~10-15) and over multiple years (from 2000-2020) - consolidated into a single flat file that can be easily manipulated.
I have provided an example of the output, along with instructions in the excel attached.
