Auto save photo names based on the product SKU

I need an iPhone app. I would like it designed and built.
I want to Automatically save a photo file name ... using the product’s SKU.
I have a huge CSV that I want to upload to WooCommerce.
The products on the CSV have a unique SKU.
I want to take a photo of the product, and have it saved as the name of the SKU, so that when I upload the CSV to woo commerce, it knows where to find it’s image...
I’ll save the images on the cloud in a folder such as “ /products/images/SKU# “
