Job Description:
We are a construction company that specializes in building steel sheds for various suppliers. Our current process involves manually entering data from kit materials quotes (PDF) into a construction calculator sheet.
We are seeking a programmer to automate this process and create a system where we can upload a PDF, have the data extracted, and automatically entered into the calculator for quick and accurate quote generation.
The required information is usually found on page 2 of the quote, but the order and types of information can vary depending on the building's inclusions. An example quote is attached for reference.
