Build a financial feasibility program on excel

I need an excel database program which can assess the potential revenue/profit of different shops available on the market.
I want to be able to input certain 'fixed costs' and 'assumptions' into the database.
For example 'Fixed Costs :-
Rent, business rates, staff, utilities, cost of sales (70%)
'Assumptions':
Entries - the number of customers that enter the store per hour/day
Trading Days - how many days the shop will be open (5 or 7 days a week)
Ticket price - how much each customer will spend per visit (e.g £4 for a coffee shop)
I want the program to create charts and graphs showing the potential revenue, profit, break even point and essentially help answer the question whether a shop is a good opportunity to make money or is not a feasible option.
In addition I want the program to be able to compare the data/findings of various shops and compare them against each other to determine how these are ranked on a return on investment basis.
I have a few beta versions that I did myself, however I now want a real expert to take this on.
