Hi I need to create an attractive dashboard for my business with 360 View for business insights
1. cash flow
In this report, you should be able to present(Opening balance, expenses, income and closing balance across the year). You will get the data from monthly expenses sheet. Within this sheet, I should be able to modify the expenses by adding new employees joining month once I update the details the cash flow should be updated from the same month please ensure the cashflow opening balance, closing balance and expenses are updated automatically, the total income should be updated from payment due date so for example if i have 3 invoices will be collected in february the sum of the 3 invoices should be updated in february
2. Expenses details (Confirmed)
This will include the categories of the expenses with options to filter per month/quarter and year
3. sales pipeline and leads status per market
This should include the leads from the leads sheet per month and the projected mandays and value along with market (you might need to create 2 views if these information cant be addedd at 1 view
And another chart to present the quality of the leads whether it is strong or poor or medium
4. Order delivered vs forecast
Here you will need to check the delivered man days sheet to count the number of days for a specific month and compare with target man days sheet along with the total value
you can get the total value from man day rate and multiply with man days used in a specific month for example in august it will be (6+4 x 700) = 7000
5. delayed orders (confirmed order sheet)
Here you will need to deduct closed date - start date and get net working days (considering weekend is saturday and sunday) then you will compare with number of man days clumn D if the duration is equal or less than 20% then the order is not delayed if more than 20% then the order is delayed, please add the formula on delayed order Y/N
6. team productivity (Resource target and resource productivity sheet)
In this chart you will present the actual team productivity based on resource productivity sheet and compare with resource Taget Sheet
8. Expenses Vs Income
Here you will need to count the monthly expenses from the sheet and map it to income for that month (how to get income by calculating the number of days completed within a specific month from delivered man days sheet and multiply by the value).
9. Net profit, Expenses, leads projected value, confirmed orders
