We are looking for an admin support to key in orders.
Almost everyday, we receive orders from our clients through emails / fax.
Some of them use excel file, some of them send scanned copy of their PO and so on.
What we need to do is as below;
1. key in item number and quantity into an excel file (template will be given to you) from the order form (the format will be either excel file or PDF) without mistakes
2. import the data into our inventory management system before noon and inform another administrator when all orders are keyed in
Occasionally, we will need you to do some other data entry using 'v-look up'. So, you will need to be familiar with using excel and v-look up function.
Other than order entry, you will create new items, adjust stock level and do other data entry into the system.
The expected working hours will be between 9am to 2pm (Singapore time) from Monday to Friday.
So, we need you to be available in mornings & early afternoons.
Additional works may be sent to you after 2pm as well, but morning tasks will be more time sensitive.
Most of communication will be done through email and chat.
