I have a requirement for someone to transfer emails to an excel sheet for my staff to process. My customers contact my company by email. To control and monitor the performance of my staff processing the emails I prefer to transfer the emails to an excel sheet. So we put the date of the email in "cell A1", the customer name in "cell B1", their contact number in "cell C1", the customers email address in "Cell D1" and the message in "cell E1" .
Now if the message is a order query, complaint or other we highlight this row Yellow. If the message is a sales query we highlight it in green. Then as my staff process each email line on the excel sheet they un-highlight them. Then they enter their name and how they processed it on "Cell F1".
When I log in I can see what progress they are making each day.
We would give Gmail access to the email account that will gather the emails that need to be transferred to the Google Excel sheet. This is a lovely job for someone. The ideal candidate will be in a time zone very close to Ireland. Accuracy is the most important requirement needed here along with simple computer literacy.
