Job Description:
I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to design a custom software or spreadsheet for our Profit and Loss, sales and management meetings. The project timeline is 1 to 2 month, with existing plans needing some alterations as opposed to a new design from scratch. It should be built in Google Sheets, forms or something else. for maximum efficacy and convenience.
We have 2 software which will feed us information in cvs format or api. 1st is a accounting software will will feel all p & L info we need all sales , profit and lose. And expenses into a graph format and week, months , quarter, half yearly and yearly formate for every thing for comparison.
Sales and job tickets software which will give us feed for every day sales and jobs and staff info, same format in graph
3rd is manual enters info which will come in graph format
4th management comments and notes info in which manangment can put there own input and feed and will be name tagged.
All info need to be coloured and number inserted.
Need user management and level of access control.
Most info and formats will be provided in word.
