Job Description:
Hi there,
I am a project manager looking to stream line date tracking and updating relevant persons with certain elements of those dates. I manage developments with 200 homes. We track homes into 5 stages with a start date and end date noted either side.
I want the ability to automate email updates with data sets from this sheet. I want the ability to have a snapshot of each home and where it’s at “on time” “delayed” “ahead of schedule” “due in 7 days”.
Given the dates I will input and value I will attribute to what is declared as delayed etc.
From this I want to automate emails to certain people fortnightly. I also want this to translate into a Gantt chart showing project progress on another sheet.
