Our supplier (Ingram Micro) currently provide us an option to manually download all our sales (with multiple clients) from their web portal in an excel format to view our total monthly sales.
We are looking for an efficient way (custom tool, macros, form, VB etc) to be able
1. Download the data (Ingram Excel data will have far too many data, ie 30-40 row/fields) each month
2. We only need 4 fields to invoice our clients (Customer Name, Quantity, Product and Unit Price etc)
3. Need to be able to select different Customer for invoicing
4. Paste/import data into Xero excel format for invoicing
We are looking for something easy to use with minimal steps. Let me know what other information you would need.
